The Beginnings Of A New Crochet Project ......

The weather outside is dismal, wet & grey. It's not nice rain either, it's the drizzly stick to everything rain. After taking the little men to school I came home with a Monday morning feeling, & decided to cheer myself up by starting a new crochet project with some of the left over yarn from my Bedroom Granny.

I love Lucy's Summer Flower Granny over at Attic24, she is such an inspiration, so I am making my own version. I'm not sure yet if it will end up as a cushion or a small blanket for the chair in my bedroom. I have already made 9 squares & I am using Lucy's instructions 'to join as you go' which is such a great idea.

  1. Looking good! I made a couple of Lucy's Summer Garden squares last week (there is a photo on my blog if you fancy a peak) and was quite pleased with the results ~ I haven't tried the join as you go method yet but it's on my to do list :O)
